Guarantee your LEL 2029 place with a £150 deposit!

Our early entry ballot opens here on Friday 5 November 2027. If you're selected in the ballot, you can pay a £150 deposit to secure your place on the LEL start line in 2029. Click here and complete the form to receive an email alert when the ballot opens.

The entry fee for London Edinburgh London 2029 costs £599.* This includes:

• 1530 kilometres (950 miles) of a spectacular cycling route to Edinburgh and back.

• All food and drink at our controls, including a hot meal at the start and finish.**

• Sleeping space in our dormitories at the controls.

• Two bag drops: one at an English control and one at a Scottish control.

• Medical assistance at controls.

• Live tracking as you check in and out of controls.

• An LEL 2029 finishers' medal for everyone who completes the route.

• Validation of your ride with Audax UK and Les Randonneurs Mondiaux.

In addition, you will be able to purchase:

• Camping or bedroom accomodation at the start and finish.

• Parking at the start for the duration of the event.

• Live rider tracking along the route on our website.

• Commemorative jerseys, T-shirts and other LEL 2029 souvenirs.

* You can cancel your place at any time until 31 March 2029 and we will refund all money you have paid, minus an admin fee of £75.
** You will need to pay for food and drink in our partner 'pop-up' refreshment stops.
