Goodbye LEL 2021, hello LEL 2022!

We have decided to postpone London Edinburgh London until 2022. It was a tough decision to make, but now we've made it, we're really excited about LEL 2022.

The Covid-19 pandemic has decimated audax cycling worldwide, with few events happening this year. Although there is hope that a vaccine will be widely available soon, we feel that this does not give you time to train and prepare for an event like this. 

By moving the event to 2022, we are pretty certain that the event can happen safely, for both riders and volunteers. Especially the volunteers.

The event will now start on 7 August 2022.

We open for entries on 7 January 2022. If you've already got a guaranteed place or you've paid a deposit for your place, your spot is safe. We've changed the eligibility rules slightly for other riders seeking a guaranteed spot, and you can find those here. 

Meanwhile, we have been busy preparing some really nice surprises for 2022. We'll tell you more during 2021, so keep checking back for more news.
